– Prices in GBP (£)
– Payment via PayPal Invoice
– Invoice will be sent to your PayPal email address
– Full payment upfront once the sketch has been agreed upon

Requirements from Client:
– Email me at timfaulknerillustration@gmail.com, please email using your PayPal email address and provide the following info:
– Subject: Commission Request
– Type of commission
– Provide a detailed description and reference images of your request.
– This can include pose, physical appearance, outfit, personality traits etc… the more detail the better!
– Any other questions, feel free to ask!

Delivery:
– I will respond to your inquiry within the day
– Initial sketch within the week
– Once sketch is approved, payment will be due in order to continue
– Completion within 1 month after payment
– I can make 1 pass of changes/ corrections after the work is finished. Further revisions will have additional charges
– You will be provided with a High-Res image file (please specify if you need specific dimensions)
– Works in progress may be provided on request, and I may send you a work in progress if I need any clarifications, or just to keep you up to date, so that not too much time passes without any word from me.
Terms & Conditions:
– For personal use only, do not use my art for commercial purposes/ profit
– Personal use includes use on personal social media pages, self printing, personal entertainment
– I do not give permission to re-sell my art to third-parties
– I strictly DO NOT give permission to use my art for any N/F/T or crypto token whatsoever
– I strictly DO NOT under any circumstances give permission for my art or process to be used to train any generative AI program
– I retain the rights to all my artwork
– I retain the right to display all commissioned artwork to my portfolio site & social media galleries
– I reserve the right to decline a request
– Non-refundable after the sketch has been approved and work has begun on the full piece
– Refunds will be available if I am unable to complete/ deliver the commission
